Location: Tates Creek		My students LOVED the box method when I taught them to multiply polynomials. It also works great for 2 x 3 polynomials.

Location: Tates Creek		My class was split almost 50-50. Half of them loved the box method; the other half did fine just drawing the arrows & using FOIL.
