Mathematics Instructional Learning Community
The Mathematics Instructional Learning Community (MILC) Project is an alliance among Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) math teachers focusing on:
  • Increasing the pedagogy and content knowledge of math teachers;
  • Integrating technology tools into everyday math instruction; and
  • Developing, implementing and revising units of study.

Teachers CAN still access the free DESMOS resources and lessons they have created but they have to get to it through a different pathway:

They need to go to Amplify Classroom Activities

https://classroom.amplify.com/discover and click on “Log in” at the bottom of the page.

When they get to the Welcome to Amplify page, they should click on “Find Out” at the bottom of the list of Log In options to see for sure which option they should use (most will probably be Log In With Google).

This enables them to access free content that they have been using for years, and any activities they have created.
