How to Clear Cache Reminder From Pamela Draper:

If you have a request or issue regarding access to digital curriculum content, please know that the first line of troubleshooting anytime online content is not loading/displaying normally is to clear cache.
Steps to clear cache are at http://bit.ly/fcpsClearCache .

It is recommended that all staff and students establish a weekly clear cache routine. Routine clearing of cache will prevent and resolve a wide array of issues.

If this doesn’t resolve things, please submit a help ticket at https://fcps.incidentiq.com with details including steps taken to the point of concern and a screenshot at that point.

Thank you,
Pamela Draper
