Math Posts: 108 Location: Henry Clay | We just started DEAR this year. It is 30 minutes a week per subject. Every subject has their own day. Math is Thursdays. They cannot read newpapers or magazines. It has to be a real book. They are supposed to bring their own. But unless they are already readers they usually don't one. I have a supply I got at Goodwill for them to read. The ones that aren't into it usually complain and then end up falling asleep. Then they don't want to wake up for the rest of class. Personally I enjoy it because I don't get to read any other time. But it takes a lot of math time away. I usually just rush the going over homework time or they get more homework that night. | ||
